Please refer to the list of examination institutions (about 60 locations) included in the pamphlet enclosed with your specific health checkup voucher. Examination institutions tend to be busy in October. Please have your checkup as early as possible.
It can be completed in an hour, at the earliest. Feel free to ask when making appointment. Some checkup institutions offer evening appointments after 6 PM or on weekends, and walk-in checkups without prior reservation.
Please contact the medical institution where you made the appointment and inform them of any changes or cancellations.
Person who turn 40 within the fiscal year can take Specific health checkups.

Specific health checkups can be received until the day before your 75th birthday. *If you are over 75, please take checkups carried out by the Later-stage Elderly Medical Care System. Please contact the Ageo City Elderly Insurance Office at 048-775-5125. Please note that you cannot take both specific health checkups under the National Health Insurance and checkups under the Later-stage Elderly Medical Care System in the same fiscal year.
If you are not enrolled in Ageo City's National Health Insurance as of the date of this examination, you will not be able to take the specific health examination.
Only person who are enrolled in Ageo City's National Health Insurance are eligible for the specific health checkup.
